This is an extant copy of Fanciful Tales of Time and Space published by Donald A. Wollheim and Wilson Shepherd. The one and only issue (Fall 1936, Volume 1, Number 1) contained Lovecrfat's The nameless City, and stories by Robert E. Howard and August Derleth.
Joshi declares (*) that Lovecrfat counted 59 misprints. A correspondent of Lovecrfat indicated that there were actually more than that!
