Providence in Lovecraft's Time

These are images from the Providence Arcade when Lovecraft was about 17 or 18. He had alread written The Beast in the cave and was about to disappear from public life for a few years. During that time it is believed he bicycled, rode trolleys, roamed Providence, and watched lots of movies.
